Fraser River Lodge
The Fraser River Lodge is home to some of the finest Sturgeon and Salmon Fishing in British Columbia. But with a resort facility that reaches far beyond just fishing, Frank Staiger, the resort owner looked to InControl Solutions to develop a new site that would better showcase all aspects the lodge has to offer.With equal emphasis put on the resorts luxury accommodations, beautiful surroundings and ability to cater to large corporate and wedding markets, the result is a web site that not only better reflects the quality and experience awaiting guests, but has also managed to increase both search Engine placement and more importantly conversion of visitors to booking guests.
The redesign of the Fraser River Lodge was guided by these main objectives:
- Increase number of online enquiries through increasing qualified web traffic
- Expand scope of web site to include attraction to markets other then fishing.
- Update website content easily and frequently
- Maintain / Increase level of search engine placement for main targeted terms

We shopped around for over a year for a new web site and talked to many web designer and programmer. The “dilemma” with most of them was they either did a good job on the creative site but have difficulties with search engines or the other way around. It came down to 2 companies to choose from, after sorting out over 100 others. Alex from InControl Solutions grabbed my attention from the very beginning and we short listed his company. The entire package seemed to be the right fit for us. We were on the phone sometimes for hours and I felt sorry for the guy using up his time.
